One of the unknowns going into this project was "How is this going to read on a phone screen?" As it turns out, with ComiXology's Guided View function, it looks great!
Yesterday, we announced the upcoming July 4 release of the new line of Monkeybrain Comics through ComiXology, including Bandette by Paul Tobin and me.
And then the internet happened!
In response to the incredibly positive reception, the good people at ComiXology went above and beyond the call of duty in order to rush the release and all five launch titles went live within hours of the initial announcement.
So, to recap, the company and its five launch titles were announced, promoted, rescheduled, published, shipped to anyone in the world with access to the Internet, and are even now being reviewed, all within a 24 hour period.
I don’t know about you, but that kind of blows my mind.
